Got a really nice cheese steak. 1:30 in the afternoon and the place was empty. Staff was polite, service was fast. They are busier in the summer.

Great sub shop. Our party had the cheese steak sub which was very good. We also had the gyro which was great. Nice, clean restaurant with good service. Great local place. Definitely come check it out when in town.

Ordered a cheeseburger,, comes with fries,, Asked for lattice, tomato, onion and mayo. The onion was cut 1/2" to 3/4" thick. Seriously,,, why would you cut a onion so thick? And the tomatoes were paper thin. I like my burger done right,, Had to pull the onion out and discard it,, Over all else the rest was good. I told the waitress that the cook is not a sandwich maker. $13.00 wasted.

The food is really good. Large portions makes the cost worth it. A family of 4 cost us $85 with tip. The personal pizza was huge. Definitely leaves lots for leftovers. Kid approved! Food was out super fast and was fresh.

Cheesesteak on point. Relocated North Jersey guy here finally found a taste of home. Great cheesesteak, no fat, perfect roll. On par as well with most from Philly. Try Pete's you won't be disappointed.

Rehoboth Beach is busy, Everywhere. Where can i get something decent to eat? I'm not going into town now it's like 7pm Sunday. Whats on Rt One? All the same so-so places. Hmmm, wait a minute, what's this place? FRANKS STEAKS? New. I'll try it. OMG, go inside, great atmosphere and smells perfect. Crowded tables getting quick and friendly service and apparently great food. I ordered a steak mushroom cheese and a chicken mushroom cheese. 15 mins brought to me. 15 mins home. Excellent sandwiches! Ate half of each. Next day other halved for lunch. Just as good. Do you's guys a favor and Eat here!!!

Ordered a 10" cheese pizza and a slice of Cherry Cheesecake. The pizza sauce on the pizza tasted a bit different than usual. Wasn't good and it wasn't bad either. The cheesecake tasted good.
